After successful payment, download links are delivered to the email address you provide at checkout. Delivery is usually instant but may take a few minutes. It is your responsibility to provide a correct email address and to check your spam folder.License of UseUnless stated otherwise on the product page, your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the digital files. You may not resell, redistribute, share, or upload our products to public file-sharing sites. Please check individual product pages for extended or commercial license terms.Refund PolicyBecause our products are digital downloads that cannot be returned, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds. Exceptions are made ONLY in the following cases: (1) failed delivery – you did not receive working download access after payment and we are unable to resolve it; or (2) corrupt files – the downloaded files are technically corrupt or unusable and we cannot provide a working replacement. To request an exception, contact us within 7 days of purchase with your order details.
